All of our juices are cold-pressed in small batches on the UVA Corner. While this process may be more difficult, it's well worth it:
First, we wash all fruits and vegetable in an antimicrobial bath.
Next, we use an 11-ton press to extract the most nutrient-dense juice from plants by minimizing exposure to heat and oxidization.
No preservatives, processing, or additives. Just raw juice.
